A PETITION

We the undersigned demand that the Scottish Executive / Scottish Government secures the resources required to resolve Scotland’s housing crisis.

Housing finance should be made available to all local authorities to enable them to build, modernise and keep in good condition public sector housing at low rents.

Investment in new build Council housing is desperately needed across Scotland.

This urgent task should start in those areas that have voted for Council Housing in recent ballots; Highlands, Edinburgh, Stirlingshire and Renfrewshire.
